What You’ll Drive
As a Social Studies Teacher:
- Engaging Instruction – Deliver interactive and thought-provoking Social Studies lessons in English, helping students explore history, geography, culture, and civics.
- Curriculum Implementation – Design and execute lesson plans and syllabi aligned with Thai and international academic standards.
- Student Evaluation – Assess student performance using diverse evaluation tools that meet school and regulatory guidelines.
- Progress Monitoring – Track learning outcomes to identify trends and provide targeted academic support.
- Professional Growth – Participate in ongoing teacher training and development programs mandated by the school and relevant education authorities.
- Community Contribution – Take part in school events such as open houses and orientations to engage with students and parents.
As a Class Master:
- Holistic Student Oversight – Monitor students' academic progress, personal development, and support their pathway to higher education.
- Teacher Coordination – Collaborate with subject teachers and school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Parent Engagement – Maintain open and consistent communication with parents about student progress and well-being.
- Activity Supervision – Support student participation in school clubs, events, and off-campus activities.
- Guidance & PE Oversight – Assess and support students in guidance and physical education activities in accordance with curriculum standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Native Thai speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Studies or a related field.
- Proven ability to teach Social Studies in English to high school students (ages 15–19).
- Preferred English proficiency: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or IELTS 6.5+.
- Experience in developing course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Familiarity with diverse educational assessment practices and curriculum alignment.
- Strong cultural awareness with the ability to support a diverse and inclusive classroom environment.
