We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, launching, and managing the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet market and customer needs.

What You’ll Drive

• Data-Driven Strategy – Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and present actionable insights aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Performance Monitoring – Manage and report sales and business performance metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Reporting & Visualization – Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Python, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to support key business functions.
• Data Architecture & Modeling – Collaborate with IT/Data teams to design scalable data models and tools optimized for performance tracking and cross-functional analysis.
• Business Consultation – Partner with internal teams to define analytical needs, interpret findings, and support strategic planning with data-backed recommendations.
• Process Optimization – Structure and enhance internal processes by implementing project documentation, UAT test cases, and process control tools.
• Executive Communication – Summarize analytical progress and project updates into executive-level reporting, using platforms such as JIRA.
• Project & Team Leadership – Manage large-scale data initiatives and lead or mentor junior analysts, ensuring project alignment, scope control, and stakeholder engagement.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in business or data analysis, with a strong quantitative background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint (presentation and storytelling).
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Python, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling stories for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across teams and levels.
• Experience in managing large-scale data projects and contributing to solution design is a plus.
