We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-centric Senior Data Analyst to lead the commercial analytics pod. This role will drive strategic insights that shape our marketing and sales strategies. As the Pod Lead, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities across the entire customer journey and drive direct business impact in one of Thailand’s leading EdTech companies.

What You’ll Drive

  • Data-Driven Strategy – Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and present actionable insights aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Marketing & Sales Analytics – Translate business challenges into analytical approaches that inform decisions on growth, performance, end-to-end funnel insight, and campaign optimization.
  • Reporting & Visualization – Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Python, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to support key business functions.
  • Business Consultation – Partner with internal teams to define analytical needs, interpret findings, and support strategic planning with data-backed recommendations.
  • Process Optimization – Structure and enhance internal processes by implementing project documentation, UAT test cases, and process control tools.
  • Project & Team Leadership – Lead the E-commerce analytics pod, including setting vision, prioritizing workstreams, and mentoring junior analysts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business or data analysis, with a strong quantitative background, and at least 1 year focused on marketing, sales or customer analytics.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint (presentation and storytelling).
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Python, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations, and translate complex data into compelling stories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across teams and levels.
