Job Responsibilty

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing communication strategy to ensure brand consistency and support key business goals — including product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Lead team such as Event Marketing, Content Marketing, UX/UI, Digital Marketing and CRM ensuring all strategy and execution to deliver a seamless and consistent brand experience across customer journeys.
  • Ensure all messaging and creative output across channels (social media, PR, email, website, etc.) reflects the brand’s tone of voice, core values, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (influencers, media, PR agencies) to amplify brand presence and drive customer engagement effectively.
  • Manage internal and external communication to maintain a unified brand voice across departments and customer-facing platforms.
  • Lead regular performance tracking of marketing communication campaigns and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing communication budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Proven experience overseeing key functions including Content, Digital Marketing, Graphic/UX/UI, and Event Management
  • Strong strategic thinking with a solid background in marketing strategy development and execution
