What You’ll Drive
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns – Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing activities, including product positioning, brand building, event marketing, and sales support tools.
- Lead Generation & Conversion – Identify key target audiences and drive customer acquisition through online channels. Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Line OA, email, and social media.
- Performance Monitoring – Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, measuring ROI and KPIs to continuously optimize effectiveness.
- Digital Channel Management – Maintain and grow the organization’s online presence through website updates, social media content planning, and community engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Other Assignments – Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (digital marketing certifications are a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing management with a proven track record in campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for the education sector and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.
