We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Officer to join our team and promote our Aboard Summer Camp program. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales through various channels including in-person sales, telesales, and social media platforms. Your primary focus will be to effectively sell our courses, coordinate sales activities between departments, provide guidance and address the needs of students, analyze student learning outcomes to devise sales strategies, and ensure excellent post-sales service and trend analysis for sales planning.
What will you do:
- Conduct sales activities for the Aboard Summer Camp program, including in-person sales, telesales, and social media sales.
- Coordinate sales efforts between different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Provide guidance and assist in resolving student concerns and weaknesses.
- Analyze student learning outcomes to develop strategic sales plans and achieve targets.
- Take responsibility for customer service issues and problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support sales planning.
