Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Chief Executive to design, plan and implement the mission, values and strategic plans for the organization both corporately and on behalf of members. Lead specific projects on behalf of the Chief Executive, as directed.
  • Creating and implementing the company’s vision, mission, and medium-term plan.
  • Developing and implementing business and strategic plans and budgets.
  • Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company.
  • Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
  • Oversee business operations to be transparent in accordance with the principles of good governance.
  • Reporting through to the Board of Directors with accurate and timely information regarding the organization’s overall performance, including financials, risk ratings, compliance, and growth prospects

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in senior management or executive level.
  • Good command in English.
  • Good in influencing, management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and achieve goals by breaking down the process and making suggestions on how to improve the process necessary to drive the agreed strategy.
  • Must act independently by taking initiative in projects, offer strategies.
  • Proactive approach is essential to the success of this role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with strong organizational skills and capacity to work under pressure.
