Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Performance) to optimise and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, drive online sales, and expand our digital presence through Dotcom, marketplace and affiliate channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in paid media strategies, ensuring maximum ROI from performance marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to maximise ROAS and conversions.
- Manage end-to-end online sales processes, ensuring seamless user journeys and improved conversion rates.
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimise ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- Oversee Omnichannel performance, ensuring a strong presence on Dotcom and other digital platforms.
- Identify and explore new marketplace and affiliate marketing opportunities to expand the brand’s reach and sales.
- Manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Oversee website and landing page management, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- The candidate must have Thai nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and online sales management.
- Knowledge of marketplace and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Experience in SEO optimisation and website management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
