Responsibilities:
- Assist Strategic Advisor (SA ) in quarterly strategy meetings (1 hour) and catch up meetings (30 minutes) with students and parents
- Reviewing admissions process and key success factors
- Ensuring student is on-track with their academics, test prep, and profile/activities building
- Research and identify competitions, extracurricular activities, and other opportunities that align with the student's goals and interests
- Monitor homework progress and provide guidance and resources for effective completion
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation
- Provide timely reminders and updates to students regarding important events and submissions
- Provide administrative support in managing student interactions, appointments, and program logistics
- Act as a point of contact in student’s Line group to help SA answer queries and provide support outside meeting time
- Support Essay Review Program
- Liaise with Strategic Advisor to ensure a smooth transition to application counseling program
- Collaborate with colleagues on special projects, workshops, or initiatives aimed at enhancing student support services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required (We welcome recent graduates or individuals with experience in any field who are interested in studying abroad)
- Fluent English skills
- Thorough understanding of admission process and key success factors in the US, UK, Canada and other requested countries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with educational/admission trends
