Responsibilities:

● Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory and traveling cost control.

● Supervise sales function in the area of responsibility.

● Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

● Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

● Strong giving advice and consult team in any cases ( Strategy / Solution / Target ).

● Coordinate with Government agencies and B2B in order to achieve sales targets.

● Plan the sale management strategy in the responsible area.

● Coordinate with the school in order to increase lead and sales opportunities.

● Prepare information to sale and approach new/exist customer.

● Monitor the sales and analyze the tend to increase the sales.

● Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

● At least 5 years experience in FMCG and MT channel is preferable.

● Able to travel upcountry.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

● Good interpersonal, high energetic, proactive and organizational skill.

● Positive attitude and able to work under challenging assignments, good handle with pressure.
