What You’ll Drive:
1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) to drive continuous performance improvements.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets across multiple channels.
2. In-App Marketing & User Engagement
- Design and execute in-app or website marketing strategies including push notifications, in-app messages, and banners to drive user engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Set up behavioral triggers and user segmentation for personalized messaging within the app or website
- Analyze performance of in-app campaigns (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) and continuously optimize based on data.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement marketing logic within mobile/web applications.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.
3. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics across all channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and data dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to drive data driven decisions.
- Collaborate with developer to implement tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel
4. Competitor and Market Research
- Conduct regular research to monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and market positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities and gaps through benchmarking and SWOT analysis.
What You'll Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting data and trends.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with customer engagement platforms and product analytics tools is highly desirable
- Experience with Education business is preferable
