Responsibilities:

• Create, revise, and edit coursebooks, quizzes, final tests, diagnostic tests, learning tools, and other supplementary materials for English courses offered by the school.

• Design free class and exclusive class materials for marketing events.

• Monitor and check the quality of teachers’ teaching.

• Review and analyze national and international standardized English tests.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on the delivery of marketing contents, such as exam tips and blog contents, and on facilitating marketing events, such as students’ interview.

• Conduct a focus group interview to gather qualitative feedback regarding course materials and teachers.

• Evaluate students’ essays, diagnostic writing responses, and final tests.

• Provide answers to students’ questions via CLEAR system.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in English or related disciplines.

• Good command in English. (A minimum TOEIC 600 and 6.0 IELTS overall band score or 100 TOEFL iBT will be an advantage.)

• Good communication skills, with high competency in English writing.

• Be highly motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and flexible.

• Curriculum development, familiarity with standardized English tests, tutoring, or teaching experience will be an advantage.
