We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Manager to join our team. As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our company by implementing effective marketing strategies, social media initiatives, launching new products and initiatives, fostering partnerships, and managing media relations. This role is pivotal in shaping the future growth of our organization, enabling us to reach a broader audience and impact more lives.

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, conduct market research, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
  • Marketing and Branding: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our online courses, workshops, bootcamps, and other educational offerings. Develop compelling content, oversee digital marketing initiatives, optimize SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement an effective social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor analytics, and identify opportunities to optimize social media performance.
  • Product and Initiative Launches: Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and educational initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure successful launches that align with market demands and customer needs.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry influencers, and relevant organizations. Negotiate partnership agreements, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives to expand our reach and enhance brand reputation.
  • Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Manage press releases, organize media events, and secure media coverage to generate positive brand awareness and media exposure.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct data analysis, and generate regular reports on growth initiatives' effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement, optimize marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations to drive continuous growth and increase ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - Proven experience in a growth-oriented role within the EdTech industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and growth hacking techniques.- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
