We are looking for a Senior Marketing Researcher to join our EdTech team — a cross-functional team reimagining how learning happens across Thailand through the power of learning, design, and technology.

What You’ll Drive
- Design the most appropriate and innovative research approach to answer critical business questions and learning challenges, selecting suitable methodologies that drive actionable insights in the EdTech space.
- Lead end-to-end research projects such as In-Depth Interviews , Focus Group and Insight Exploration Workshop focusing on understanding students’ learning and lifestyle behaviors, motivations, pain points, and product/platform usage.
- Translate complex qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, commercially sound, and actionable recommendations tailored specifically for stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (especially Marketing/Digital Business Strategy team) and external research agencies, managing partner relationships to ensure high-quality, impactful outcomes.
- Occasionally support or lead Usability Testing, Customer Persona, and User Journey Mapping studies to enhance the shopping experience and product functionality.
- Actively support the participant recruitment process for qualitative studies and learning immersion trips, including screening, scheduling, and facilitating engaging sessions.
- Proactively monitor industry trends, EdTech platform dynamics, and competitive landscapes to contextualize research findings, anticipate future needs, and identify strategic growth opportunities for LEARN Corporation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Business Administration, or Education Technology).
- A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Market Research, User/Learning Experience Research (UXR), or a relevant insights role.
- Expert-level command of qualitative and quantitative research frameworks and methodologies. Proven ability to strategically select, design, and justify the most effective research approach to tackle complex business and learning experience challenges.
- Proven experience and leadership in managing complex, end-to-end qualitative research projects—from framing strategic objectives, designing discussion guides, learner/participant recruitment oversight, skilled moderation, rigorous analysis, to delivering compelling final reports.
- Demonstrated creativity and an innovative mindset, with the capacity to approach traditional research problems from fresh, learner-centric perspectives.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides). Familiarity with UX/CX measurement and analytics platforms (e.g., Lyssna, Hotjar, or similar survey/testing tools) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (both written and verbal). Must have the ability to articulate complex insights clearly and influence strategic decisions among stakeholders across all functions and leadership levels.
- Highly detail-oriented, demonstrating proactive ownership and the ability to manage multiple, demanding tasks independently. Must thrive and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
