Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and be responsible for the general orderliness in the office, including organizing the workspace and office equipment.
- Carry out procurement activities, such as purchasing teaching materials, office supplies, and other essential items needed for the operation of the school.
- Liaise and coordinate with the accounting department to prepare financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and budget disbursements.
- Coordinate with the facilities department to maintain and ensure the safety of buildings and premises.
- Coordinate with the media department to prepare public relations materials, teaching resources, and various school activities.
- Coordinate with the IT department to resolve technological issues and support the use of information systems within the school.
- Assist the Admissions team by introducing the school and organizing various activities, providing information, and answering basic questions about the school’s curriculum and services to prospective students and parents.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Business Administration, Management, or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 1 year of work experience in office administration, procurement, or coordinating with various departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other management systems.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, procurement, or resource management will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English to communicate and coordinate with relevant individuals and departments.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience working in a school or educational organization will be considered a plus.
