What You’ll Drive

  1. Curriculum & Event Design – Design event experiences and learning curriculums that meet both customer needs and business goals, ensuring engagement, relevance and cost-effectiveness.
  2. End-to-End Event Execution – Lead the planning and execution of events from concept to delivery, including promotion, logistics, supplier coordination and post-event reviews.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (e.g. academics, marketing, operations) and external partners (e.g. venues, suppliers) to co-create impactful learning and promotional experiences.
  4. Speaker & Stage Management – Ensure smooth speaker presentations by managing stage logistics, flow, timing and speaker support throughout the event.
  5. Project Planning, Tracking & Reporting – Develop event plans and timelines, monitor progress, follow up on deliverables and summarize key outcomes and insights to the team lead for continuous improvement.
  6. Cost Optimization – Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality production at competitive pricing, aligned with project budgets.
  7. Additional Initiatives – Take on special projects and other assigned tasks with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset to support the broader goals of the team.

What You’ll Bring

● Age 24 or older with a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● Experience with camera equipment or event recording tools is a strong plus
● At least 1 year of experience in event planning, marketing projects, or public relations.
● Strong creativity and ownership in designing learning and engagement experiences.
● Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills.
● A collaborative mindset with flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
● Willing to work off-hours and in other provinces as needed.
