Responsibilities:

- Design and execute CRM strategies to build strong relationships with students and parents while supporting communication across various channels such as LINE, Facebook, Website, SMS, and CRM platforms.

- Plan and execute campaigns to promote special programs, including discounts, privileges, or workshop activities, to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.

- Analyze student and parent behavior data to develop strategies that align with their needs.

- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and evaluate their impact on business outcomes.

- Segment students and parents based on behaviors and interests to tailor communication and offerings effectively.

- Collaborate with various departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to enhance student and parent experiences.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Data Analysis

- Strong analytical skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and trends in customer relationship management.
