About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled data analytics professional who is passionate about People and dedicated to advancing Education in Thailand. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in transforming people data into insights that drive business decisions and enhance the employee experience. Working closely with People Director and other HR managers, you’ll leverage data to shape the future of our organization within the education technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Set up a robust database system for people/HR data, including organizing, auditing, cleansing, and structuring data from the ground up to ensure long-term accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Develop and enhance data and reporting systems, ensuring compatibility with other team systems to support efficient data-driven insights.
- Create and lead data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Provide regular analysis of key people metrics to support strategic planning and organizational oversight.
- Investigate data patterns to identify areas for deeper analysis, proactively addressing gaps in reporting by implementing new reports and analyses.
- Support HR projects, such as recruitment analysis, pay gap reporting, performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and workforce planning, by providing data summaries, analyses, and interpretations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics (not limited to HR or education technology industry); recent graduates who are passionate and eager to grow fast are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with the ability to create accessible, impactful dashboards.
- Technical skills in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- A growth mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges—focused on finding solutions rather than dwelling on obstacles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Enthusiasm for HR, with a willingness to build a career in the HR field.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills to translate data into insights for stakeholders.
