Responsibilities:

  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Support the HRBP’s on the rollout and implementation of approved annual HR projects.
  • Day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary).
  • Act as a change champion and lead any change management activity for the function (relating to restructuring, acquisitions etc.)
  • Maintain overall recruitment strategies to support strategic goals.
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting process from beginning to end.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop annual hiring plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet growth demands.
  • Proactively sources candidates from a variety of channels to create a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
  • Computes employee pay based on time records, diligence allowance, and benefits information.
  • Completes compensation Benefit reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
  • Manage Traditional holiday for employee by HR’s Program.
  • Contribute to the development and facilitation of training and/or development sessions as required.
  • To plan, design and create learning tools for developing employee.
  • To coordinate with employee of Operation departments (Sale, Operation, Supply Chain, Shop) by using learning tools to develop employee with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To follow up, monitor and evaluate learning tools for developing employee.
  • Oversee and create all employee communications within relevant deadlines for performance.
  • Build a high performing organization drive the constant raising of the performance bar through proactively addressing Employee Relations issues.
  • Implement strategies for employee to foster a culture.
  • Retain, promote and reward the best ensure all high performing high and potential employees have active development plans.
  • Prepare information for use in the work of the Strategic Partner team.
  • Make an appointment schedule as assigned.
  • Set up to advance with the accounting department until Prepare documents to clear expenses in case there is a project / training / project.
  • Coordinate between Recruit & CB to ensure smooth work.
  • Receive / send documents / parcels of branches as assigned.
  • Others tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Thai national, 25-30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong experience of working in HR position.
