What You’ll Drive
- End-to-end brand strategy and positioning across multiple channels to build brand equity and recognition.
- Integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement, and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Alignment between brand initiatives and commercial goals by collaborating with the sales team, area manager, commercial team, and product teams
- Key owner in driving brand visibility and consistency across all customer touchpoints, campaigns and physical branches (online and offline), working closely with the commercial team and area manager team.
- Market research and consumer insights analysis to inform campaign direction and brand development.
- Brand performance tracking with a focus on KPIs such as brand awareness, MQL/SQL conversion, and campaign ROI.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in retail, tech, or a lead-driven business environment.
- A proven track record of linking brand activities to tangible commercial outcomes, especially lead-to-sale conversion.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
