What You’ll Drive

  • End-to-end brand strategy and positioning across multiple channels to build brand equity and recognition.
  • Integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement, and lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Alignment between brand initiatives and commercial goals by collaborating with the sales team, area manager, commercial team, and product teams
  • Key owner in driving brand visibility and consistency across all customer touchpoints, campaigns and physical branches (online and offline), working closely with the commercial team and area manager team.
  • Market research and consumer insights analysis to inform campaign direction and brand development.
  • Brand performance tracking with a focus on KPIs such as brand awareness, MQL/SQL conversion, and campaign ROI.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in retail, tech, or a lead-driven business environment.
  • A proven track record of linking brand activities to tangible commercial outcomes, especially lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
