Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
● Develop and own the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Identify monetizable aspects of digital products and design commercialization strategies.
● Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform product positioning and performance marketing strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
● Influencing the product development roadmap and making clear recommendations to improve the overall customer experience.
● Responsible for creating and managing product and brand communication strategies, ensuring alignment across both internal and external stakeholders.
● Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities to measure and optimize performance effectively.
Performance Marketing Execution
● Design and implement performance marketing campaigns to achieve defined KPIs, such as awareness, adoption, and revenue.
● Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, messaging, and channels, and ensure ROI is maximized.
● Lead A/B testing initiatives and data-driven experiments to refine marketing effectiveness.
● Provide hands-on execution support when necessary, demonstrating expertise in paid media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Auditing and Coaching
● Audit the marketing team’s planning, methods, and execution to ensure strategic alignment and best practices.
● Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback to enhance team performance.
● Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, empowering team members with insights and tools to excel in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
Experience
● 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital product marketing, or related fields.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for digital products.
● Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics platforms).
Skills
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify monetization opportunities.
● Expertise in campaign optimization, ROI analysis, and marketing audits.
● Proficient in data-driven decision-making and using analytics to inform strategies.

Education
