Responsibilities:

- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and services.

- Closing sales deals via Inbound call, website and social media platforms.

- Monitoring sales performance by day, week, month.

- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.

- Follow up on daily customer service via Inbound call, website and social media platforms in order not to exceed SLA.

- Coordinate and handle cases with the outsource transportation.

- Handle tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree or related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

-Proven experiences as a telesales or customer service with at least 1 years.

- Able to switch shifts to work Monday-Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, according to the structure of the educational business (working 5 days/week).

- Experience in Sales customer service and consultant in education business would be highly advantageous.
