Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive admissions strategies aligned with the school's enrolment targets and Achieve enrolment targets as set by the Management
  • Design, Lead, Represent and oversee the admissions process and marketing events such as Open Day and workshops and coordinating on-going admissions and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and respond to prospective student inquiries through various channels (phone, email, website, social media)
  • Conduct school tours and information sessions
  • Oversee the admissions application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain the student enrolments database, ensuring that all admission information is accurate and up to date, as well as tracking waiting lists that detail students who wish to enroll and have completed all necessary assessments and interviews
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and enrolments contracts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Organize, maintain and report on all information related to student admissions
  • Manage ad-hoc requests as and when required including helping reception desk

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Proven experience in admissions management or a related field
  • Highly competent in the use of numerical data, and computer/Microsoft office skills
  • A knowledge and understanding of education, sales and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, public speaking and sales in both Thai and English.
  • Willingness to learn new ways, resilience and flexibility to work outside school hours
