What You’ll Drive

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Confirm student class schedules and teacher timetables, and coordinate effectively with teachers, parents, and relevant staff.
  • Student Monitoring and Follow-up: Track and record student attendance, and follow up in cases of absence or lateness.
  • Administrative and Documentation Work: Prepare receipts and various payment documents, as well as process PR/PO (Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders) for necessary supplies and materials at the branch.
  • Branch Maintenance and Tidiness: Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of classrooms before and after use, and check that equipment and teaching materials are always fully prepared.
  • Communication Channel Management: Respond to messages and provide information via the branch's Official Line Account on days when sales staff are not present.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the branch.


What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative coordinator, front desk (Front), or branch staff role.
  • Possess attention to detail, be meticulous, and have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English will be a distinct advantage / will be highly considered.

Working Hours and Location

  • Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Choose to have your two days off on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday).
  • Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
