What You'll Drive

Academic & Behavioural Support – Oversee the academic journey, well-being, and behavioural development of assigned students while supporting portfolio creation and student goal-setting.

Parent Communication – Maintain proactive and transparent communication with parents about student progress, concerns, and achievements.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with subject teachers and school staff to ensure consistent student support and smooth daily operations.

Activity Supervision – Monitor student conduct during school events, extracurricular activities, clubs, and off-site programs.

Guidance & Physical Education Assessment – Evaluate student participation and progress in guidance and PE activities in line with curriculum standards.

Additional Duties – Support other student and parent-related activities and responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Thai nationality with strong English proficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Education, with a major in Guidance and Counselling, Educational Psychology, or a related field.

• Experienced in student counselling or academic support roles, with expertise in advising high school students (ages 15–19) on academic, emotional, and life management issues.

• Ability to supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety and providing basic first aid.

• Understanding of evaluating physical education subjects and learning outcomes for guidance activities.

• Experience supporting high school students in academic, emotional, and personal development.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with parents and cross-functional teams.

• Competence in classroom supervision, behaviour guidance, and student safety protocols.

• Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
