Business Development Deputy Department Manager

Position : Business Development Deputy Department Manager ( Project Teacher Management & New Business )

The role of this position will be responsibility for new projects or new business for better business results. Including analyzing, researching customers & data to create strategies, product development and sales.

Responsibilities:

- Create & work as a project having to work with many stakeholders

- Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information

- Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

- Gathering and fulfilling Business Requirements

- Maintain positive professional relationships with Clients & Partners

- Analysis data and revenue data to insights that drive strategy

- Analysis insights customer data and suggests strategy

- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue

- Develop and Execute Plan of Project by planning and working flexibly to deadlines

- Perform project Delivery and handover to related teams to provide Services and production support

- Track product performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

- Understand and identify business needs and launch impactful projects to help improve business and operational performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent required

- 3+ years of related business and leadership experience

- Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional execution

- Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders

- Strong analytical skills and be data-driven and methodical

- Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization

- Adaptive, flexible, can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the division’s/business unit’s financial performance
