This role will be responsible for overall Team Culture management support any Business Strategies from MD-OE to our C-Level and Head-BU. This role needs to work closely with our Key Leaders - OE Team and all our OE team members (more than 200 people) to create and manage a working FUN/Driving-Result environment. Also, this role needs to seek and lead all ‘Training Programs/Plan’ to develop our OE team’s skills improvement following our overall OE business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Culture Transformation: Planning the roadmap for activities that will strategically drive OE business culture.

- Employer Branding: Take part in strategic award participations (in the area of HR, Culture, Management, Insurance, Business, and rother elated areas).

- Employee Engagement: Work closely with MD-OE and C-Level Team to ensure the aligned framework and execution.

- Talent Management: Design talent development program framework. Also, facilitating end-to-end talent management program (talent identification through succession plan, development program, and all information updates)

Moreover,

- Drive business outcomes with Managing Director-OE, C-level and Head BU by synergizing people and business strategy.

- Act as a ‘Change champion’ and lead any change management activity by optimizing resources for high impact to cope with any challenge.

- Blend-in with the responsible team to be consultant, advisor, or to empathize employees for drive change for better solution.

- Co work with People Expertise team such as Talent Acquisition, People Growth, People Experience, Compensation & Benefit to successfully deliver People team’s initiatives and drive together for common outcome.

- Retaining, promoting and Rewarding the best ensure all high performing high and potential employees have active development plans.

- Other projects assigned to improve people's experience and business development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Strong Record Experiences at least 4 years in managing a "Signature Experience for Employees and making a Great Place to work with Fun Culture". Deep understanding of the HR-workflow system. Able to make a Quick/Right decision following our business goals.

- Great Leadership skill with Fun/Friendly character.

- Proven experience in managing all "Training Programs Plan" and able to be a Host/MC at any training events.

- Great communication in English language.
