E-Commerce Section Manager
Responsibilities:
- Developing marketplace , social commerce and new channel is also a key part to drive business’s sales coverage and growth.
- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance the user experience across all digital platforms
- Monitor each platform's performance, analyze traffic data, and use analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the user journey
- Drive E-commerce channel to achieve sales and key KPI through the development and execution of E-Commerce strategy
- Working with internal team such as Digital Marketing , Marketing Planner and Infrastructure Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in E-commerce online sales all platforms
- Has understanding of online consumer behavior, online/ ecommerce trends, ecommerce performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
- Able to solve the problem effectively with strategic thinking skill
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, collaboration, and organization.
