Responsibilities:
As an Educational Salesperson at EduSmith, you will play a vital role in promoting our courses and programs to students and parents, providing guidance on suitable educational pathways, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recommend suitable courses and programs to students and parents based on their educational needs and learning preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving problems, and handling complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as generating invoices, receipts, and managing service agreements for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and educational counselors to foster trust and loyalty towards EduSmith.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in EduSmith's events, including workshops, and information sessions, to promote our programs and engage with prospective students and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment on educational offerings and customer needs.
  • Maintain an organized database of student profiles, enrollment data, and other relevant information to track student progress, analyze customer trends, and support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate assigned tasks and projects, prioritize workload, and ensure that deadlines are met consistently to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges or obstacles, and develop innovative solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or educational counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
