Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Curriculum Designer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for deconstructing the complex knowledge and elite expertise of our internal specialists and transforming it into scalable, standardized learning programs.

You will be the bridge between expert tacit knowledge and structured organizational capability. By analyzing, designing, and implementing comprehensive learning frameworks, you will directly influence how we develop our top talent, standardize excellence across critical roles, and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

What You’ll Drive

1. Knowledge Elicitation & Competency Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and observational studies with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deconstruct and document their critical tasks, processes, decision-making frameworks, and proprietary techniques.
  • Perform market research and benchmarking on comparable roles to ensure our internal standards are best-in-class and future-focused.
  • Analyze and translate complex processes into a clear framework of core competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors) required for success in the role.

2. Strategic Learning Design & Development

  • Strategically classify competencies into a Buy / Build / Better framework:
    • Buy: Foundational skills required upon hiring.
    • Build: Skills to be developed internally through training.
    • Better: Processes ripe for automation or significant improvement.
  • Design and develop comprehensive, blended learning curricula for all "Build" competencies, utilizing a variety of instructional methods including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, on-the-job training (OJT), coaching, and e-learning modules.
  • Develop and deliver robust "Train-the-Trainer" programs to empower internal managers and facilitators to deliver learning content effectively and consistently.

3. Implementation, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Design the end-to-end implementation process for all curricula, ensuring seamless integration into the employee lifecycle.
  • Establish a robust measurement strategy, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation methods to track learner progress, training effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Monitor training delivery through measurable methods, providing feedback and coaching to trainers to ensure quality and adherence to the curriculum design.
  • Continuously improve and standardize the curriculum design and implementation lifecycle, creating scalable and repeatable processes for the organization.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria with the defined "Buy" competencies.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and department heads to ensure curriculum content is aligned with strategic goals and to champion the adoption of new learning initiatives.
