Social media run their companies' public accounts, which they use as vehicles to interact with clients. Ultimately, most social media use their platforms to drive engagement and sales.
This role will be responsible for building a social media presence for our brands. Social media will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

What You’ll Drive
- Market Research & Insights – Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to identify unmet market needs, emerging trends, and innovation opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership – Lead key R&D projects in partnership with Product Marketing, Academic, and Teaching teams to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Product Innovation & Enhancement – Design and develop research programs to improve existing offerings and evaluate the potential of new products, processes, and services.
- Technology Evaluation – Analyze and assess technologies used by competitors, suppliers, and industry leaders to identify innovation gaps and adopt best practices.
- Project Planning & Prioritization – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
- Technology Transfer – Manage the integration and implementation of new products, materials, or manufacturing processes both into and out of the organization.
- Material & Process Development – Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, and manufacturing processes that enhance product performance and scalability.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, Product Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or business-driven innovation roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and multi-level teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, including stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office; additional data analysis tools or R&D platforms are a plus.
