Responsibility:

  • Running company social media campaigns.
  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media. and manage the branch's social media effectively.
  • Responsible for identifying and contacting influencers for brand campaigns that will maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs, social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, etc), or other channels, independently seeking their cooperation
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Analyze data to ensure social media campaigns outperform competitors in the same industry.

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or in a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Social Media specialist, or in a related field
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Understanding of graphic design & media production principles.
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Interpersonal skill in both internal and external communication
  • Excellent critical thinking skill
