We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative AI Business Improvement Specialist to lead the transformation of external/internal corporate processes through AI, automation, or low-code technologies. In this role, you will evaluate current workflows, identify pain points, develop business cases, and implement AI-driven solutions or Business Process Improvement with any tool that significantly enhances productivity, accuracy, and speed across the organization.

What You’ll Drive
1. Process Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of workflows across FrontEnd Application through Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Accounting, Admin, Procurement, IT, etc.).
- Map “As-Is” processes, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas prone to manual effort or errors.
- Design “To-Be” processes that streamline operations, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to validate needs and improvement opportunities.
2. AI, Automation & Low-code Implementation
- Develop and deploy practical AI solutions using Generative AI, LLM-based automation, or low-code/no-code platforms (N8N, ChatGPT, AI Agent tool, Power Automate, AppSheet, RPA tools, etc.).
- Build prototypes such as AI Assistants, automated workflows, intelligent document processing, or data-driven decision tools.
- Translate business requirements into functional AI/automation solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, iteration, documentation, and user feedback collection.
3. Business Case Development & ROI Measurement
- Prepare business cases that quantify potential impact, including cost savings, time reduction, productivity gain, and error reduction.
- Estimate ROI and prioritize initiatives based on organizational value and feasibility.
- Track post-implementation metrics to evaluate actual results against projections.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead process improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation, rollout, and after-action review.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and communication plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and senior leadership.
- Ensure successful change adoption by coordinating training, user onboarding, and continuous improvement activities.
5. Change Management & Adoption Enablement
- Champion an AI-first mindset across the organization.
- Conduct training sessions, create user guides, and coach teams to adopt new tools confidently.
- Collect user pain points and improve solutions based on feedback.
- Build a sustainable adoption culture by promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, automation engineering, or AI-driven projects.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., N8N,ChatGPT/LLM workflows), automation platforms, or low-code/no-code development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
