What You’ll Drive

  • Strategic Communication Planning – Develop and manage communication strategies for the company, campaigns, and products in alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
  • Market Insight & Research – Conduct research into consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends to generate relevant, insight-driven communication ideas.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Development – Collaborate with Product, Marketing Strategy, Sales, and related teams to design and implement effective PR and communication plans.
  • Brand Value Presentation – Represent and articulate the value of products and brands to consumers through campaigns, events, and content.
  • Digital Integration – Partner with the Digital team to align content and messaging with the most effective online media and channel mix.
  • Campaign Execution & Evaluation – Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns, from kick-off to post-campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • PR & Media Management – Execute PR activities, maintain editorial calendars, manage media contact lists, and track PR performance through relevant metrics.
  • Budget Oversight – Plan and manage campaign and project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
  • Issue Resolution – Handle complaints, negotiation, and crisis-related communication effectively and professionally.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to give strategic advice and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude with energy to manage multiple projects while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and negotiation dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or marketing software tools.
