Job Description:

- Initiate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Fully and lead consumer database management, consumer data-driven as well as Focuses on driving customer retention and loyalty.

- Manage the customer journey of the loyalty program and work with other teams to centralize and offer the benefit to customer

- Manage data analytics, identify potential customers and drive project Customer Relationship Management in corporate

- Execute data analytics and campaign analysis by ensuring the database is segmented effectively for data-driven marketing activities to help grow commercial opportunities

- Ensure effective segmentation of database for targeted communications

- Update skilling internally for latest Customer Relationship Management and data trends and sharing best practices and benchmarking to the division

- Driving the Customer Relationship Management and Data analysis for business insights and develop plans for activations

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field

- At least 5 years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience

- Excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution in a cross-functional setting

- Strong understanding of CRM principles and experience with CRM tools

- Good analytical skills and using analytic tools are preferable (Excel , etc.)

- Data background and knowledge will be a plus
